1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bossku ("the Company", "bossku", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bossku.one ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bossku Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bossku, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform.

bossku conducts age and identity verification (KYC) procedures on all accounts. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated, and all funds in the account — including deposits — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. bossku takes the protection of minors seriously and implements industry-standard age verification controls.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bossku services, you must register a member account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party;

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one bossku account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds. bossku uses technical controls to detect duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bossku account. bossku shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bossku accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX instant bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the member dashboard. bossku does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Before processing any withdrawal, bossku may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. bossku reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the standard processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. bossku is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bossku Platform are conducted in MYR. bossku does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bossku may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to members ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the Promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bossku Promotions:

• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• bossku reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion;
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses;

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bossku Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets without manual human input;
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any bossku game or system;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any bossku software or system.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossku and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. bossku's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bossku does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by bossku is governed by the bossku Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

bossku reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via the registered email address associated with their bossku account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bossku holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
